To perfect my craft, I pursued a Diploma in Pastry and Bakery from the Colombo International Hotel School, laying a solid foundation for my expertise. My journey didn't stop there. I'm constantly exploring modern cake trends, creating realistic sugar and wafer paper flowers, delving into sugar arts, and mastering the delicate art of chocolate work. These specializations allow me to push the boundaries of creativity, offering innovative and visually stunning confections.
Understanding the importance of professional growth, I have completed a Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management (OTHM Level 7), enabling me to expand my horizons and elevate The Luscious Lava to new heights. In Canada's diverse and vibrant culinary landscape, I find endless inspiration and a community that appreciates the craft and passion that goes into creating exceptional desserts. Trained under the world-renowned Chef DK, I have mastered the delicate art of chocolate techniques and sugar crafts.
